Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026. The short version: we collect what the service needs, finders see only what you switch on, and real phone numbers never cross the line.
1. What we collect
- Account data — name, phone number, and email you provide when you set up a tag.
- Tag content — the photo, notes, and emergency details you choose to publish on your tag's landing page (each field is individually opt-in).
- Finder reports — the message, optional landmark, and approximate location a finder chooses to send you.
- Billing data — wallet balance, call durations, and transaction history.
2. What finders can see
A finder who scans your tag sees only the fields you enabled — never your phone number, never your email, and never your full address unless you choose to publish it. Every field can be turned off at any time, and disabling a tag removes the page from public access immediately.
3. Masked calling
Calls between you and a finder route through a ReachMe proxy number. Neither party sees the other's real number. Call records store duration and charge only — we do not record audio.
4. Location
If a finder chooses to share their location with you, we process it only to deliver that alert. We do not track tags by GPS — the tags have no location hardware — and we do not build movement histories.
5. Sharing and retention
- We do not sell personal data. Ever.
- We share data only with service providers needed to run ReachMe (hosting, SMS, payments).
- We disclose data to law enforcement only under a lawful request, and will tell you unless legally prohibited.
- When you delete an account, tag pages go offline immediately and personal data is purged within 30 days, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.
6. Your rights
You can view, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. To exercise any of these, email contact@reachme.club — we respond within one business day.
7. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
8. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date, and — if you have an account — emailed to you.
