1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a ReachMe tag, scanning a tag, or using this website (reachme.club), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
ReachMe provides QR/NFC tags linked to a public landing page, messaging between finders and tag owners, and masked (proxy) phone calling billed by the minute. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
3. Accounts and tags
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you attach to a tag.
- You may disable or transfer a tag at any time from your account.
- Tags remain ReachMe property and are licensed to you for personal use.
4. Wallet, calls and payments
- Masked calls cost ₹5 per minute, rounded up, deducted from your wallet in real time.
- A call ends automatically when the wallet balance reaches zero.
- Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.
- Hardware orders are refundable until the item has shipped.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ReachMe for harassment, spam, deception, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted. We may suspend tags or numbers that violate this, or that generate complaints.
6. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The core promise: neither party in a masked call sees the other's real phone number.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of the item your tag was attached to. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tag in question.
